This policy explains how we handle refunds for our products and services. Effective Date: May 1, 2025
For services like Launch Kit or Pro Kit, which include customization and delivery, we begin work shortly after purchase. Before starting, we will clearly define what is included and what will be delivered. Once work has started based on that agreement, refunds are not available. If there is any issue with delivery, we are committed to working with you to make things right.
Due to the nature of digital products like code and templates, all sales are final once the product is delivered. We do not offer refunds for downloadable or licensed source code.
If you are on a recurring service plan and want to cancel, contact us before your next billing cycle. We do not refund partially used subscription periods.
